One place I’ve been to quite a bit on this trip is La Lancha!! It’s a 25 min car ride from Sayulita and perfect for surf & chill!! Nice waves for beginners and bigger waves for those who are more experienced. If you don’t want to surf, the beach is not crowded and perfect to relax. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re here!

A few weeks ago, I (Bean) decided to book my first solo trip to Sayulita, Mexico and it has been the best time so far!! The food, culture, colors, beaches, and people I’ve met have been🙌🏼🫶🏻🥹

If you’re thinking about doing a solo trip, DO IT!! Life is too short to have regrets. It can seem scary to put yourself out there to meet new people and be alone in a new place, but I promise you it’s not as scary as it may seem. People are waiting to meet you, learn from you, and enjoy your presence!!🥳❤️🥹

Will be sharing more in the days to come,here for another 4 days!! In the meantime, I’ll be soaking up the sun, practicing my Spanish, and beach in’ it!🏄🏼‍♀️🤪

There’s something about film photography that makes me slow down and focus on what I really want to capture.

I get to practice minimalism. Instead of taking 100 shots of the same landscape, I only allow myself 1 shot!

“Dinner’s ready!!”😍🍴💪🏼🥘

One of our routine things to do as a family is to sit down and eat a family dinner all together. Kristy and I didn’t realize how special this time was until we moved away to college. Now that we are back home, we cherish these dinners and this time with one another more than anything. 🥹

We all sit down together, TV turned off, phones away, and all of our attention is on one another and the food we are enjoying! We go around the table learning about each other’s days… what went well, what didn’t go too well, we tell funny stories, share our opinions of what’s going on in the world, and listen to what everyone has to say.

Sharing this time together was so important for us growing up. We were able to see into each other’s worlds and what was going on in each of our lives. The space to share…with your closest circle listening❤️. Everyone goes their different ways during the day, but we always knew that dinner time we would come back together to share and enjoy!

More Iceland content!!🇮🇸🌲🌿

After leaving Rauðasandur Beach in the Westfjords, Kristy and I headed over to Látrabjarg to see puffins and amazing views.. & we DEF got that! It was about an hour drive and worth every second.

Along the way you have the most stunning nature views with almost no one around. Kristy and I were looking for whales the whole time😂Once you get to Látrabjarg, it is busy, but there is so much space on the mountain/ cliffs you can break away from the groups of people.

& We got to see puffins!!😍one of the top reasons we wanted to come here was for the puffins & weren’t even sure if we would get to see them with their migration patterns. These birds were SO pretty, they almost looked fake!! The cliffs also made you feel like you were on the edge of the world😍 it was a little chilly, but nothing you couldn’t handle.

We would 11/10 recommend coming here if you find yourself in the Westfjords!

Back for more Iceland pics!!😍🤩🌿

After staying on the Vatnsnes peninsula near Hvamstanngi, Kristy and I drove all the way to our campsite in the Westfjords right next to Rauðasandur! There was a storm the first day and a half so Kristy and I went to a nearby hot spring/ cooling baths, a little sea monster museum, then one morning after, the sun came out and it was INSANE!!

We drove into this campsite in rain and fog, not being able to see much, but knowing there was insane nature all around… then when the sun came out, it was SUCH a great surprise!! It was just myself (Sabrina) and Kristy with a few other campers enjoying this HUGE beach and all the views around us.😍
