Banana Pancakes anyone?!🍌🥞

We saw that our bananas were going bad yesterday morning… so instead of freezing them or tossing them out, we decided to make some yummy pancakes!!

My sister and I always try to limit our food waste and create recipes to make sure none of our produce ends up in the Landfill!

One place I’ve been to quite a bit on this trip

One place I’ve been to quite a bit on this trip is La Lancha!! It’s a 25 min car ride from Sayulita and perfect for surf & chill!! Nice waves for beginners and bigger waves for those who are more experienced. If you don’t want to surf, the beach is not crowded and perfect to relax. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re here!

A few weeks ago, I (Bean) decided to book my first solo trip to Sayulita, Mexico and it has been the best time so far!! The food, culture, colors, beaches, and people I’ve met have been🙌🏼🫶🏻🥹

If you’re thinking about doing a solo trip, DO IT!! Life is too short to have regrets. It can seem scary to put yourself out there to meet new people and be alone in a new place, but I promise you it’s not as scary as it may seem. People are waiting to meet you, learn from you, and enjoy your presence!!🥳❤️🥹

Will be sharing more in the days to come,here for another 4 days!! In the meantime, I’ll be soaking up the sun, practicing my Spanish, and beach in’ it!🏄🏼‍♀️🤪
